Energy crashes, mental fog, and stress happen—but they don’t have to run your day. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn practical strategies you can use in real time when you need a reset. Together, we’ll cover simple ways to recharge your body, refocus your mind, and create an energy toolkit that works for your schedule and workspace.
The workshop starts in Isthmus, and will take a field trip to the Fitness Center for a guided movement session to demonstrate approachable exercises and recovery tools that can help you feel and perform better during the workday.
